Replacement and return policy

Thank you for shopping with us.

First: Cars outside Saudi Arabia that have not yet arrived:

Please note that after purchasing the car, it cannot be exchanged.

You have the right to return the car to the company and receive a full refund within 7 days of receiving it if there is a defect not mentioned in the vehicle"s condition described in the product description or for any other reason.

Second: Cars within Saudi Arabia: Please note that after purchasing the car, it cannot be exchanged or returned as you can inspect and examine it yourself or through an appointed representative before the purchase and transfer of ownership.

Third: Spare Parts:

Spare parts can be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in their original packaging, along with the purchase invoice from the store.

All special orders from outside the Kingdom for the customer cannot be returned.

The refund will be made to the same bank account from which the payment was made.

The customer bears the shipping cost when returning.

The return is for the value of the goods only, excluding the shipping cost for delivery, as delivery is the customer"s responsibility.

Electrical and electronic parts cannot be returned or exchanged.
